The service

Karaoke List Pro is subscription software for karaoke hosts (KJs): a Windows hosting application plus, on the Full plan, an online songbook where singers can browse a host's library, submit requests, and follow the live rotation. The singer-facing songbook is free to use.

Accounts

• You must provide a working email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One host account holds one show code (additional show codes are available as a paid add-on). Show codes are assigned at signup and are not self-service changeable.
• One machine at a time can host a given show code's live session.

Subscriptions and billing

• Host plans start with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial; nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.
• After the trial, plans bill monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout, through Stripe.
• You can switch plans or cancel any time from the billing portal (Account → Manage Billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; partial months are not refunded except where the law requires it.
• If a payment fails, we keep your service running through a short grace period while Stripe retries; continued failure suspends the subscription.
• Prices may change with advance notice; a change never applies mid-billing-period.

Your content and your music

• Hosts keep ownership of the song lists and library data they upload. You grant us permission to store and serve that content as needed to run the service.
• Karaoke List Pro does not supply music or karaoke tracks. You are responsible for having the rights and licenses required to play the content in your library and to perform publicly at your venues. KaraFun integration requires your own KaraFun subscription and is subject to KaraFun's terms.

Acceptable use

• No attempts to access other users' data, disrupt the service, bypass its protections, or use it for anything unlawful.
• No automated scraping or bulk account creation.
• Singer names and other text you submit must not be abusive — a host may remove requests at their discretion, and we may suspend accounts used abusively.

Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or whose payment has failed past the grace period. On account deletion, associated data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

• The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable during shows, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for a venue's network, third-party services (Stripe, KaraFun, Microsoft Azure), or content you play.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we will post the new version here with an updated date and, for changes affecting billing, notify subscribers by email first.
